Live Operations (Live Ops) is simply all the data driven improvements a team will make to a game when live. This could be adding in features and improvements that were not included in the soft launch of a game, or it could be delivering new levels/events/features to a game after launch in order to maximize retention and boost revenue. My role as Live Ops Associate includes:1) Manage the development and operations of Carry1st Trivia Game2) Assist in outlining the development strategy of flagship games3) Execute on A/B Testing and experiments 4) Track Key Performance Indicators, identifying gaps and finding solutions for game optimization5) Manage a team of freelancers
