• Responsible for assuring the quality of Clinc’s 'Conversational Artificial Intelligence' web-based platform. • Translated complex AI user stories into detailed end-to-end test cases by gathering functional requirements from a variety of stakeholder teams like Frontend Dev., Backend Dev., Core-AI, & Product Design.• Created Test Requirements, Test Plans and decided Test scope for manual testing. Created and maintained Test-Cases for new complex AI product features.• Worked closely with the Development team in an agile environment to test Merge Requests, Unit Testing and Bug Escalation.
