At Edge, our mission is to change the way we source and train early-stage STEM talent. We believe great talent, ambition, and ability are everywhere. Unfortunately, great opportunities aren't so evenly distributed. And the divide between talent and opportunity is especially stark in the world of STEM. We're building an innovative pathway program that brings together high schools, community colleges, universities, and employers to offer a transformative educational experience -- one that connects promising students from diverse backgrounds to highly supported training and professional opportunities in the field of engineering.
