Head of AI at a Healthcare AI platform startup reporting directly to CEO. • Built the AI 3P partnerships program to oversee end-to-end commercialization cycle of 3rd-party machine learning healthcare algorithms on the Ferrum Platform from initial contact to market-readiness. • Within one year, oversaw platform growth from 16 use cases to 46 (187.5% increase) • Lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between internal teams to develop optimal solutions, making appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, and clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. • Ongoing vendor management- oversee the onboarding and containerized integration of SaMD (software as a medical device) applications on to the platform. • Manage up to 33 vendors integrations at a time, across 11 countries. • Stakeholder and communication management, technical integration, legal agreements, validation, case study, quarterly metric reviews. • Conduct market research of FDA cleared products, proactively reach out to vendors • Set quarterly OKRs and drive team toward deliveryWork with engineers, data scientists, product, sales, marketing, accounts, legal, and customer success teams Show less
