At Hedgy, we're on a mission to create a more open, accountable and distributed financial world by rebuilding traditional financial infrastructure using cryptographic ledgers, also known as block chains. Our first product is a smart contract for over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives on the blockchain. It is designed to reduce the risks of price volatility and counterparty risk using multisig technology and the oracle method to allow commercial traders to independently create, enforce and physically settle OTC forward contracts.
