At Intain, our team of niche-skilled people are committed to building India’s first “Credit to Capital” platform, combining its two products in-D (AI based) and eMulya (Blockchain based). eMulya is a DLT based loan securitization platform that brings Issuers, Regulators, Investors and Lenders on to a single platform with high level of data integrity and transparency, with real-time view into quality of underlying assets. The Blockchain based platform intends to provide complete trust in asset quality and provenance, and at the same time, provides huge time savings in the interaction and document origination/approval amongst 10+ entities in the securitization lifecycle. Simultaneously, the AI engine continuously rates the underlying assets based on repayments and collateral value, thus reducing the kind of risk that led to the 2008 financial crisis. In the medium/long term, the platform will be enhanced for interoperability across multiple securitization platforms/consortia and to allow smart contracts based on pre defined thresholds to ensure automated financial transactions between entities like investors, issuers, servicers and originators.The Intain team comprises of global financial services professionals, financial technology leaders and Artificial Intelligence academics.
