As a member of the Executive Board, I am in charge of developing the primary talent acquisition strategy to admit a cohort of 28 visionary designers, developers, and project managers every semester. In addition to recruitment, once the cohort has been admitted, I mentor a team of four students and help guide them through launching a product/project from scratch.
