Drive key initiatives for the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Advisory, Intelligence and Standards team. Draft and implement Group policy standards, maintain the group risk asessment and establish risk based control plan. Monitor compliance of service levels with the bank’s outsourcing partners and support in quality assurance for alignment with group requirements and regulatory needs. Assess regulatory developments locally and internationally, to ensure the group's compliance. Provide AFC advisory to the business, legal, and operations and other teams. Enhance and review the design and operating effectiveness of AFC control framework. Responsible for preparation and design of AFC training and educational materials.
