Handling multiple roles and responsibilities:1) As Upgrade Project Manager;- Handles request for the creation of upgrade images- Review Customer Documentation related to upgrade2) As SW Scrum Team APO;- Owner of the Product backlog for the following Scrum teams: -> two (2) SW Scrum Teams in Philippines -> one (1) SW Scrum Team in Poland- Facilitate scrum events3) As Architecture and Specification (A&S) Team APO;- Manages the Architecture and Specifications (A&S) team comprising of members working multi-site (Philippines and Poland)- Owner of the team’s backlog -> Splits backlog items into sprints according to plan in Accept360 tool -> Gets commitments for the team deliverables -> Fills up all the mandatory attributes for each backlog item in Accept360 -> Monitors progress of task status -> Helps to resolve issues of the team -> Risk monitoring especially related to possible delayed backlog items- Change Request and Fault Coordinator -> Reserves the Change Request (CR) ID to Accept360 backlog and creates sub task items assigned to each affected scrum teams according to the CR request -> Represents the team in all issues (including meetings) related to change requests and faults -> Assigns fault to analyst and monitors it as some can be a potential candidate for change request- Facilitator of System Impact Analysis meeting attended by Release Chief Engineers, Architects, and Release Product Managers wherein future product features are being analysed-A&S Process Owner support -> Owner of the Change Management process and A&S team backlog process -> Reviewer of other processes maintained by the main A&S Process Owner -> Drives improvements for all the processes
