• Collaborate with Technical Account Management team and cross function teams to manage testing related functions and meet technical acceptance submission timeline for projects• Communicate with major US cellular carriers (T-Mobile/Verizon Wireless/AT&T) to know overall project status, network configuration, lab environment, test plan updates• Manage local test resources (manpower and test equipment) and arrange tasks in different functions; follow up daily test progress and results, and generate test reports• Understand project status and prioritize tasks, able to identify risk items during test and provide suggestions or resolutions to eliminate obstacles• Coordinate local resources to support customers or testing immediately needs• Continue to develop and optimize test procedures and internal process for improving efficiency on overall testing execution and schedule
