In November 2011, Quepasa Corporation (NYSE AMEX: QPSA), owner of popular Latino social network Quepasa.com, merged with myYearbook. In June 2005, Quepasa Corporation rebranded the company to MeetMe®, Inc. and began trading under the new ticker MEET (NYSE MKT: MEET).
