As a Lead I help with the technical team management, working close to the Lead Architect and Product Owner to plan each project's goals.- Guide SCRUM standups and co-lead sprint planning/retrospective- Lead technical team, participate in the technical discussion for the application's architecture- Be part of the senior leadership team to ensure that current and future roadmap aligns with the business goals and timelines.- Code review and technical guidance to the team. - Communication and support with the clients. Receiving new requirements, estimating and tracking.
