Hired to build an enterprise cyber threat exercise program focused on resiliency, incident response, industry engagement, and managing cybersecurity risks. Collaborates with key stakeholders to design, sequence, and deliver a series of risk-based cyber, technology, and business continuity exercises to enhance operational resilience throughout the firm and our critical vendors.- Create and build a global cyber exercise program aligned to ISO 22398 and NIST SP 800-84 utilizing agile methodologies. - Facilitate and lead tabletop, technical, and full simulation exercises for global teams.- Created 10+ documents including strategic program documentation, templates, interaction models, and more.- Lead and manage the Business Continuity Plan for the business unit, overseeing 10+ BIAs and all testing through Archer.
