Constructed a Design System, complete with atomic, molecular and organismal components, inFigma and worked with front end developers to ensure accurate build and usage.Produced visionary prototypes demonstrating the future state of the product offering, enablingan end-to-end SaaS platform which resulted in a new customer deal and a £3minvestment.Developed wireframes, hi-fidelity designs and prototypes for both small scale features and largerprojects, and presented these to the wider organisation and external clients.Created UX assets including Customer Personas, Customer Journeys and Empathy Maps to assist inproduct development.Conducted UX workshops which involved A/B testing designs, supervising and interviewing users,and consolidating results to progress the development and direction of the product.
